Baby Fever!

It's hit me, I've been bitten b the baby fever bug. It probably doesn't help that a lot of people that had babies when I had Dawson are pregnant again...but Daniel won't even entertain the idea until July of 2011. Which is fine, I don't really want another baby, I just want the excitement that a baby brings.when are you thinking of adding another?

Sorry? I'm kind of surprised we waited this long actaully! I just found out DH hopes this one is a girl...I'm hoping for another boy. Actually, I'm hoping for a healthy kid. It's funny- the first thing I did when I found out (since I can't blog about it or tell anyone IRL) was go to IV and post to the new board. I was posting to the old board before they even had a December board set up last time! I have my 1st appointment next week already- seems so much faster than last time. Maybe 2011 will come really quickly, or maybe he'll change his mind...

We've been trying for a couple months, and I keep waffling between really wanting another and not knowing what on earth I'd do with two. I figure it's just something I'm going to have to get used to when it happens -- I know I'll love whoever comes along! I'm hoping for another boy.

Why July 2011? What's the significance of that particular month?

I'm hoping to have a few extra arms attached while I'm in the hospital! We just found out last week although we've suspected for awhile. I'm thinking my sister's going to figure it out here soon since she's at our house most of the time. We're trying to keep it quiet as long as possible. Now I need to figure out how I'm going to rear-face 3 carseats in my Saturn Vue. I suppose the boys could gain 7 pounds in the next 7 or so months and it won't be a big problem...off to research! Off topic: I am having the HARDEST time getting used to the Recaro, I do like them, I'm just not adjusting well. I've read it's a lot easier once you front face since the sides are so deep...what do you think?

Erin I like the recaro but I only have one child...it is big and pretty much a pain sometimes but I like feeling like he's safer...I did take the strap padding off and that helped a TON! And I think its wonderful thatyour adding to the family!!! It'll all work out,I'm sure!

April, that way D would be 3 when the baby was born and we'd have either a spring or summer baby. We don't want another winter baby.

Amen on the winter baby thing- I am so happy I won't have a newborn for the holidays. I thought I was going to go out of my mind last year- either that or severely injure my MIL.

I'm SOOOO not adding another!! :0) LOL!!!!

Oh and Erin...the Sunshine Kids Radian 65 or 80 is the narrowest base carseat. I had the same situation that you had when I found out I was pg with #3. You can fit 3 of these carseats side by side in a backseat no problem. :0)

I officially have the baby itch too.. and I already have two kids! I want to start trying next fall, so I can be pregnant around Mason's 2nd birthday (I found out I was pregnant with M on Blake's 2nd birthday and the age gap has been perfect!)...

i'm afraid to say, i'm gonna have to live with baby fever for the rest of my life. *sigh* i wanted 3-4 kids, J only wanted 1. we compromised by accidentally having 2 and he got a vasectomy. i've got baby fever hardcore right now.... but no amount of unprotected sex is doing anything about it.

Daniel says he's getting a vasectomy as soon as number 2 is born, so I'll probably be in the same boat.
