I have wrestled with this myself. I have ex-friends that read my blog and that bugs me. I also think about my munchkin and her pictures on there. But I think it comes down to why you blog. I like meeting new people and like sharing my thoughts and love reading comments so I keep it public. I don't share things that would allow someone to find me "in real life". I am careful of what I put. So I keep it open. But like I said, I think it all comes down to why you blog and what you like to personally get out of it...and what you already have. :-)
I kind of wondered about this a while back too Mandie. i ended up just keeping it open. hmmm...well, if you do go private...i'd love to keep reading up on your sweet baby boy!! :0)

that's true...I'm not posting my address or anything....it's just a toss up...I like you, do enjoy meeting new people and having new blogs to read...

I'm rethinking it. I'm like, okay, if someone is looking for porn-ish stuff, my kid all bundled up won't fit the bill.
It's really all about my stupid ex-bf like I told you.
I ought to write a post like "if I broke up with you three years ago GET OVER IT". Etcetera.
