Couch to 5k Program!

I've mentioned this a couple of times, but I haven't really detailed it yet...Let me say I'm at the end of week 2 in this 9 week program, and my legs are getting prettier everyday, and my thighs are already slimmer! Not to mention it's great for my heart!

Basically this is a 9 week program that gets you ready to run a 5k in that amount of time...it's a work out, and I think it definitely works! It's already changing my body, and for the first time since high school, I enjoy working out!

I'm so proud of you ladies! Running is such a great hobby! I'm getting ready to do a 1/2 marathon in June...but my ability to run during the week is non-existent now that Steve is going to school again :(

Isn't it WONDERFUL!! Seriously, I thought it would impossible to enjoy working out, but this program is great! :)
